Morganne Talley – Ministry Intern
Morganne is a life-long member of Madison Heights Baptist Church and a freshman at Lynchburg College, majoring in Religious Studies and plans to go to seminary afterwards to pursue God’s call into ministry. A few of her goals include earning a Master’s of Divinity and becoming ordained. This summer, Morganne had the opportunity to have her dream job (so far) and work at Camp Crossroads in Lowesville, VA. She plans to continue to do similar ministry work in the future. Morganne is a Waffle House, Target, and Camp Crossroads enthusiast. She also enjoys reading, playing the piano, occasionally napping, and wearing shark costumes. During her internship, Morganne hopes to learn more of what it looks like to be a part of ministry from the church staff point of view. She also hopes to have a better idea of how to minister more thoroughly and effectively.
